| If a payment
plan is approved, the member shall pay basic membership and pay ahead of
use with a maximum of three payments in three months, plus a $10 service
charge. In the event that payment is delinquent, a service charge
of 1.5% on the balance per month will be added. Extended delinquency may
result in loss of membership. Site agreement terms also apply. |
