Dogs are allowed at Drakes Ridge RNR only to members and if the following rules are kept:
|
|
|
|
1. No dogs will be allowed in any public areas such as the club house, swimming and sunning areas, or any other common areas, excluding roads, trails and the volleyball court spectator area, with or without a leash.
|
|
2. All dogs must be kept at their respective site except when being walked and must be restrained from roaming onto neighbors’ sites.
|
|
3. All dogs must be kept on a fixed-length leash – not to exceed 8’ – when not at your site.
|
|
4. If you walk your dog and the dog defecates, be prepared to scoop and remove immediately. Do not allow the dog to despoil any foliage or other’s property.
|
|
5. If your dog barks continuously or repeatedly at any time or location, this behavior shall be reported immediately to management or
to a board member. Upon receiving such report, there shall be an investigation.
As a result, you may be asked to stay with the dog or remove it from the grounds.

6. If your dog is aggressive in any manner towards anyone at Drakes Ridge this behavior shall be reported immediately to management or a board member. Upon receiving such report, there shall be an investigation. As a result, you may be asked to remove your dog from the grounds.
