• July 13 - 20: AANR Midwest Convention at Turtle Lake in Union, Michigan.

  July 20: Nature Hike

• July 26:  2nd Annual Nude Art Show: See art displayed by local and member artists in several media from drawings to sculpture. There will be artists looking for models to sketch. Some of the art may be for sale.
  Bow Ties & Pearls Gourmet Pitch-in Dinner: Prepare your best recipes Gourmet Style. Black ties are provided for the men; women wear pearls or other favorite jewelry.

• Labor Day Weekend:
  
  Aug 30: Golf tournament, Mexican Pitch-in.
  The Drakes Ridge players will present for the second time in our history a nudist play written for us in 1966.
  
  Aug 31: Silent Auction - "One Person’s Trash Becomes Another's Treasure" ends on Sunday.  Please bring items that may tend to draw more funds; be prepared to remove or donate for management to determine use or donation elsewhere if not sold. Chuckwagon Pitch-in.
  Board/Members Meeting will be held in the morning.
  
  September 1:  Nature Hike, Farewell to Summer. The last weekday the club is open for this season - open to members only after September 1.

• September 4 - 7:  Annual Trek to White Thorn Lodge Volleyball SuperBowl. This is great fun whether you play volleyball or not. The teams always like cheerleaders. Most people arrive on Friday evening and leave Sunday evening, but activities go on from Labor Day Weekend till Sunday evening. Latest departure by noon on Monday.
  
  Drakes Ridge will be open for the weekend if you wish to stay behind.

• June 28: Summer Solstice Celebration, Nature Hike, Roman theme pitch-in dinner 6 pm
  June 29: Board Meeting (if needed)

• June 21: Annual Corn Hole Tournament: Drakes Ridge and Paradise Gardens have a friendly competition going. 

• June 14: Campfire Cooking Demonstration, Camping foods pitch-in dinner 6 pm
  June 15: Dessert Contest 1:30 pm

• Memorial Day Weekend - Season opened:
  May 24th: Chili Cookoff at 6 PM. 
  
  May 25th: Annual Meeting 1:30 PM, Memorial Service 15 minutes after close of meeting. Pitch-in dinner at 6 PM. To balance the chili of the day before, the theme was "Make your own sandwich." Contribute breads, fillers, condiments, salad, or dessert.
  
  All weekend: Got re-acquainted after a long winter. Enjoyed sports, hiking, and just laying around.
